HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR for +5000 employee Company (HRDRC060810GG)
A very large Ukrainian business with +5000 employees is looking for a senior Human Resources Director. Only Senior Professionals with experience from +500 organisations will be considered and preference will be given to those that have worked in organisations with a majority of blue collar workers. Experience in change management and crisis management will be a big advantage. The position reports directly to CEO and is a part of the management board.
Responsibilities: Set up a strategic HR policy for the organisation. Restructuring the regional and central HR network. Support organizational changes. HR consultancy towards line managers. Develop an employee-oriented company culture. Set up and manage systems for employee relations and development. Creating policies and procedures for internal training, recruitment, retention and assessments. Defining training needs for senior levels. Coaching performance evaluations together with Department Managers. Strengthening and supporting the management team. Coaching of HR department staff. Project management.
Requirements: A university degree within HR or comparable degree and relevant work experience. Minimum ten years experience from relevant HR jobs and at least 5 years in a HR director role. Candidates with a background as Commercial Director can also be considered if there’s enough experience from working with HR management. Upper intermediate written and spoken English. High integrity and strategic capability. A creative, pro-active, business oriented approach. Excellent communication skills both written and orally. High level of flexibility and well developed insights around “success through others”. Well proven and developed administrative skills. Service-minded, loves people. Strong leader.
